Step 1: Ovarian Stimulation Fertility medications are administered daily for approximately 10 to 14 days to stimulate the ovaries, encouraging the development of multiple oocytes (eggs).

Step 2: Oocyte Pick Up (OPU) Once the follicles are ready, oocytes are retrieved through a minimally invasive procedure. An ultrasound-guided needle is used to collect the oocytes.

Step 3: Sperm Processing The male partner's semen sample is analyzed and processed in the laboratory to isolate healthy, motile sperm for fertilization.

Step 4: Egg Fertilisation Matured oocytes are injected with a single sperm using Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI), a technique that aids the fertilization process. The results of fertilization are typically known the following day.

Step 5: Embryo Development After ICSI, the fertilized oocytes are cultured in a specialized system. Over the next 4 to 7 days, they may develop into embryos and then blastocysts, with their development continuously monitored.
